Margaret Mary Sternaman

Margaret Mary (Bujack) Sternaman, 87, of St. Joseph, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Royalton Manor in St. Joseph. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph. The visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m.. The burial will follow the service at Riverview Cemetery in St. Joseph. Margaret was born on December 24, 1921, in St. Joseph, Michigan, to Herman and O’Tillie (Radtke) Bujack. She married Malcolm Sternaman on August 16, 1947 in St. Joseph, MI. Margaret graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1939. She was very involved as a member in her church and was an avid bowler. She is survived by her son, Gary (Sandy) Sternaman of Parma, MI and a step daughter, Carrie Lee Howard of Flint, MI. She is also survived by two grandsons, Scott Sternaman of St. Joseph, MI and Steve Sternaman of South Bend, In and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, a brother and three sisters.
