Audrey Rosenthal

Audrey Mae Rosenthal, 90, of Stevensville, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at Lakeland Specialty Hospital after a short illness. A Celebration of Life Chapel Service will be celebrated at 1:30 PM, Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at The North Shore Memory Gardens Chapel, 5027 M-63 North, Coloma, MI with Pastor Robert McIntyre officiating. Memorials may be made to Humane Society of Southwest Michigan or Sarret Nature Center. She married George Rosenthal in South Bend, IN on February 9, 1935. Together, they raised six children. Audrey lived most of her life near Silver Beach in St. Joseph, MI. She was a member of the Sand Rabbits. Audrey enjoyed sewing, embroidering and playing “Bingo”. She will be dearly missed by her family and by those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her children, George (Debbie) Rosenthal of St. Joseph, Larry (Joy) Rosenthal of St. James City, FL, Linda (Bill) Rosenthal of Fremont, MI, Janet German of Stevensville, MI, Maxine (Pat) Walsh of Benton Harbor; eleven grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, George in 1992 and her son, John.
