Patricia A. Hartman

Patricia A. (Howell) Hartman, 50, of Mohnton, PA, formerly of Benton Harbor & Raleigh, NC, passed away unexpectedly in Chicago, on Sunday, December 7, 2008. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 A.M. Friday at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, St. Joseph, with Rev. Michael Schoeplein officiating. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. She was a member of Benton Harbor High School Class of 1976. She had been employed at Limerick Generating Station in Pottstown, PA & at Sumitomo Electric Light Wave in Raleigh, NC. Pat was active in her church, The Community of Christ, where she often played the organ. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Patricia is survived by her son Mark (Shelby) Mills of Mohnton, PA; her daughter Janet (Benny) Rodriguez of St. Joseph, MI; four grandchildren-Baylee Rodriguez, Morgan, Marissa & Mason Mills; her father William Howell of Benton Harbor; and her brother Bill (Rhonda) Howell of Sodus. She was preceded in death by her mother Elizabeth Howell in 1990, and her grandson McKager Mills in 2005.
