Bob Strzynski

Robert “Bob” J. Strzynski, 49, of St. Joseph, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM, on Thursday July 24, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 211 Church St, St. Joseph. A visitation with the family will be at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 23 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with Liturgical prayers recited at 7:00 PM. Interment will be held at a later date. Per Bob’s wishes, his organs were donated for research. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association or Gift of Life. Bob was born on March 16, 1959 in St. Joseph, MI to Norbert and Marjorie (Miney) Strzynski. He was born and raised in St. Joseph. Bob graduated from St. Joseph High School. He worked as a salesman for ByPass in Hudsonville, MI. He loved sports especially football, golf, baseball and basketball. Bob was also an avid Chicago Cubs fan. He leaves behind his loving family and many friends and cherished spending time with them. Bob is survived by his parents, Norbert and Marjorie Strzynski, both of St. Joseph; sister, Joan Strzynski of Tucson, AZ; a brother, Jim Strzyznski of St. Joseph; cousins, Rich Strzynski of Paw Paw, and Bill Strzynski of St. Joseph; and many friends who loved him. He is preceded in death by his cousin Jack Strzynski in October of 2004.
