Delores Lynn Brown

Laura (Delores) Lynn Brown, 52, of Stevensville, MI, died at Lakeland Specialty Hospital, Berrien Center, MI, Saturday, February 23, 2008. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, February 28, 11:00a.m., at Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI. A luncheon will follow these services. Visitation is on Wednesday, February 25, from 6:00-8:00p.m., at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Berrien County Cancer Service. She was employed at New Products for the past 27 years, and had also worked at the Starbucks in Martins Grocery Store of Stevensville. She is survived by her loving partner of 28 years, Tim Beck; her daughter, Andrea (Andie) Beck of Stevensville; a son, Jeff (Julie) Beck of St. Joseph; granddaughter, Jayden Beck; her loving step-mother, Pat Brown of St. Joseph; a sister, Tricia Hayes of Chicago; three brothers, Doug (Diane) Brown of Monroe, MI, Bruce (Mimi) Kunkle of Troy, MI, and Dale “Butch” (Laura) Brown of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; many nieces and nephews; her best friend, Michele Boelcke; and the Adams family. Laura is preceded in death by her mother and father – Lloyd “Bud” and Nina Brown, and a brother – Don Kunkle.
