Kevin A. Oliver

Kevin Oliver, 46, of Stevensville, died Wednesday October 24, 2007 at his home after a long battle with health problems. A Celebration of Life service will be held 10:30A.M., Saturday, October 27, 2007, at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Rev. Rob McQueary officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Bluff Cemetery. Visitation is from 6:00- 8:00P.M., Friday, at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be in Kevin’s name to Gift of Life. He was a 1979 Lakeshore High School graduate. Kevin worked at Leco Corp., for 15 years. He enjoyed baseball, basketball, deer hunting, and fishing and was an avid Notre Dame fan. Kevin is survived by his mother Constance Oliver of Stevensville his sisters Debra (Robert) Mischke of St. Joseph, and Elizabeth (Roland) Herbstreit of Asheville, NC grandmother Alice Cole of Bridgman; Aunt Darlene (Ray) King of Pickerington, Ohio; Uncle Joseph (Kathryn) Oliver of Stevensville; nephews Jeremy Fletcher of Fort Wayne, IN, Aaron Fletcher of Grand Rapids, Jack and Wyatt Mischke of St. Joseph; niece Brooke Herbstreit of Asheville, NC; and great-nephew Nathan Fletcher of Lima, OH. He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Oliver, in 1990.
