Shane Martin

Shane Russell Martin, 26, of Fritz Creek, Alaska, formerly of Baroda, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2007 at his home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 A.M. Friday at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph with Rev. Dan Smith officiating. Burial will follow at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Friends may call from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hospice at Home. He attended River Valley High School, and attended trade school to become a diesel mechanic. He was employed as a mechanic in Alaska where he had lived for the past five years. Shane enjoyed life to it’s fullest and will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Shane is survived by his parents John & “Lynnie” Martin of Baroda; and his brother Jason Martin serving his country stationed in Fort Jackson, SC; and by many friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
