Shawn Patrick Earl

Shawn P. Earl, 27, of St. Joseph, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2006, in his home. The Starks-Menchinger Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. Burial will be private. He was one of three children born to Daniel and Christina Earl. Shawn worked at Union Federal Credit Union in St. Joseph. He graduated from Michigan Tech with a bachelor’s degree in business and computer science. Shawn enjoyed doing volunteer work with his fraternity. He also enjoyed socializing, traveling, reading, and music. Shawn is survived by his mother, Christina Earl-Witte (Art Witte) of Statesville, NC; by his brother, Jeffery Earl of Redford, MI; and by his grandfather, Austin Rowland. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Earl; and by his sister, Kelly Earl; and by his grandmother, Jean Rowland.
