Loretta Jean Paul

Loretta Jean Paul, age 77 of St. Joseph, died Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at Caretel Inns of Royalton. A service in her honor will be held at the Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Road in St. Joseph on Tuesday, December 26th at 2:00 PM. with Pastor Robert McIntyre officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Hospice at Home or Twelve Corners Church. Those wishing to share a memory or sign the guest book online may do so at www.starks-menchinger.com Loretta was born August 30, 1929 in Hartford, Michigan to Marshall and Bertha (Van Gorder) Kaylor, both deceased. Loretta spent most of her life in the southwest Michigan area, graduating from Watervliet High School in 1947, working as a telephone operator, raising her children, Pamela Lynne Weber of Fenton, Missouri and Michael Scott Paul of California, Maryland and spoiling her grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Andrew and Cameron Paul. She is also survived by her sister, Charlene MacFarland, and her aunt, Flossie Muth. She was one of the nicest people you would ever have a chance to know.
