Frank's Obituary

Frank James Krasensky, 88, of Stevensville, passed away on February 5, 2007, at Lakeland Continuing Care in Berrien Center. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., on Friday, February 9, 2007, at Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, with Rev. Marlo Fritzke officiating. Burial will follow in Ruggles Cemetery in Baroda. Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., on Friday at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Sarett Nature Center. Friends may send the family a condolence message or sign the online guest book at www.starks-menchinger.com. Frank was born on July 17, 1918 in Cicero, IL, to Ben and Mary (Prokop) Krasensky. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He married Adele Zima on July 6, 1942 in Cicero, IL. Frank worked as an electrical contractor for more than forty years. Frank is survived by his loving companion, Elaine Giudice of Baroda; her children, Thomas Giudice, Karen Giudice and her daughter Alicia Giudice; a niece, Helen (Nick) Zolecki of Cicero, IL; friends, Jeanette and James Mullins of Stevensville; and the many friends he made over the years. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Adele; and his siblings, Robert, James and Laddie Krasensky, and Blanch Kimelie, Mary Hable and Helen Mastny.
