Victor R. Mckinney

Victor ?Vic? Mc Kinney, 74, of Watervliet, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2005 in the home of his son. A Memorial Visitation celebrating Victor?s life will be held between 6 to 8 P.M., Monday, June 6 at the Kerley-Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Road, St. Joseph, MI. Victor was born on March 28, 1931 Royalton Township. He was one of seven children born to John and Mildred (Livengood) Mc Kinney. Victor worked for many years as a Construction Contractor in Southwest Michigan. He was also a self-employed sales representative. Victor is survived by his six children, Victoria (Edward) Tomak of Rochester, NY, Venita Waldo of Lawrence, Ranse (Judith) McKinney of Watervliet, Valda Mc Kinney of Paw Paw, Tonda (John) Broderick of St. Joseph, and Stacie (Bryan) Dohn of St. Joseph; 3 brothers, Verl Mc Kinney of Farmingdale, NJ, Virgil Mc Kinney of Dundee, FL, and Voyde Mc Kinney of Riverside, MI; two sisters, Vera Goff of Hartford, MI, and Virginia Velthouse of Dowagiac; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchild; and special mention to his dear friend, Ray Johnson. In addition to his parents, Victor was preceded in death by his brother, Vern Mc Kinney.
