Karen and Brad,
We are so sorry to hear of Opal's passing. She was so gracious to Chris and I when we bought the house from her. She was a very sweet lady and will be greatly missed.
Sincerely
Jay and Chris Adams

My Aunt Opal was simply the best. Kind and caring, with never a cross word for anyone. She was committed to the well-being of her immediate and extended family, and seems to always enjoy life. I loved going to her house in Benton Harbor when I was a kid. She was a good cook, and always made me feel at home in her home. Later, when she and Bob moved to Stevensville we would visit frequently, and they were guests at our home in South Haven. My father - her only brother - had a houseboat and we would go out on Lake Michigan. She was very proud of her brother's business accomplishments, and cared a great deal about him and our family. I just can't think of enough good things to say about her, except "Thanks, Opal for being part of my life."

Opal was my mom's best friend. She was kind and funny and thoughtful.
I have so many good memories of time spent with Opal, Brad, and Karen.
I hope she and Mom are catching up!
