I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. I've known Carla pretty much my whole life even though it's been years since I have seen her in person. I remember her beautiful Mother Martha who was the crossing guard for Lincoln School and one of the nicest people ever in life. A great memory I have of Carla is the breakdancing group(La Chic Poppers) she had with my cousin Michelle and her sister Chubby(yup. Chubby💜). I don't want to ramble. My condolences to her sisters and close friends on this loss💜

To the family of Carla Smith, The word of God says, " to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ". Knowing that Carla has transitioned this earthly body, she is present with our Lord, and we know that she is totally healed. Although we would have love to keep her here with us physically, her spirit, loving kindness and meekness is with us daily. Hold on to the fact that she has total healing, and we will see her again. Know that our family is praying with and for you during this time. Love you all.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Carla's passing. She was a blessing to my family and a cherished friend to my cousin Michelle throughout our lives. Her loss at such a young age is heart-wrenching. I thank the Lord for the precious time we had with Carla and for the joy she brought into our lives. I pray that God surrounds you and your family with His comforting presence during this difficult time. May He cover you in prayer and give you strength and peace.
